NAD+ Infusions

NAD⁺ infusions – innovative vitamin cocktails that restore cellular energy and improve well-being and promote brain function.

NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme that occurs naturally in the human body and has a significant impact on cellular energy production, DNA repair and oxidative stress reduction. With age, NAD⁺ levels in the body decrease, which can contribute to fatigue, cognitive decline and aging processes.

Intravenous NAD⁺ therapy – an innovative and medically supervised procedure during which NAD⁺ is administered directly into the bloodstream, ensuring high absorption and maximum effectiveness. Infusions are often combined with other vitamins and trace elements to enhance the therapeutic effect.

Benefits of NAD⁺ infusions

Patients often notice the following positive changes:

  • Increased energy, reduced fatigue.
  • Improved concentration and memory.
  • Faster recovery after exertion or illness.
  • Support in stressful situations and periods of intensive work.
  • Anti-aging effect, healthier skin appearance and radiance.

Who can benefit from NAD⁺ therapy?

NAD⁺ infusions are recommended if you:

  • are experiencing chronic fatigue or exhaustion;
  • want to improve physical and mental performance;
  • want to slow down the aging process;
  • are experiencing burnout;
  • are recovering from intense physical exertion, travel, or illness.

When is the effect felt?

The first improvements – an influx of energy, better concentration – are often felt after the first procedure. Optimal results are achieved after a full course, as the effects of NAD⁺ are cumulative.

Contraindications for NAD⁺ infusions

Infusions are not recommended if the patient has:

  • severe kidney or liver disease;
  • active infections;
  • autoimmune diseases;
  • oncological diagnoses;
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding;
  • hangover syndrome;
  • allergy to NAD⁺, vitamin B3 (niacin) or other ingredients of the cocktail.

Side effects

Most patients tolerate NAD⁺ infusions well. In rare cases, the following may occur:

  • mild flushing, nausea, or dizziness during the infusion, which usually resolves quickly.

How does the procedure work?

  • Infusion duration: 1–3 hours (depending on dose and tolerance).
  • Course frequency: usually up to 4 times a year (1 time per month), but determined by the doctor according to individual needs.
  • Before therapy:
    • consultation with specialists (Dr. Guna Havensone, Zane Svikle, Dina Mihailova or any other specialist);
    • blood tests, such as: complete blood count, ALT, creatinine, GFR, zinc (Zn), etc. - the exact range of tests is determined by the doctor.

NAD⁺ capsules vs. intravenous infusions

Although NAD⁺ is also available in capsule form, intravenous administration provides much more efficient absorption and effects because NAD⁺ enters the bloodstream immediately. This helps restore energy levels more quickly, improve cellular metabolism, and delay the aging process.

Important!

  • The procedure should only be performed in certified medical institutions with experienced medical staff to guarantee maximum safety and effectiveness.
  • Before NAD+ infusions, blood tests must be performed: complete blood count (including: Er, Hgb, Hct, MVC, MCHC, Leu, Neu, Ly), ALT, creatinine, GFR, Zn (zinc). The exact amount of blood tests to be performed is determined by the doctor during the consultation.
  • Before the procedure, a consultation with a preventive medicine specialist and a referral from a doctor are required. The consultation is usually conducted remotely.

If you want to improve your energy levels, mental clarity, and support your body at the cellular level, NAD⁺ infusions can be an effective solution.

How NAD+ works:

Reduces inflammation and oxidative stress: Helps cells cope with harmful environmental and internal processes.

Provides cellular energy: Participates in the production of ATP, the main "fuel" of cells.

Activates sirtuin enzymes: They are responsible for cell renewal, DNA repair, and protection against aging.

Supports mitochondria: Without NAD+, the energy-producing organelles become less efficient
