Doctor – nutritionist with 10 years of experience in nutrition science. RSU associate professor and science degree candidate. Author of several scientific medical publications about Nutrition and the Metabolic syndrome.
Specialization: Metabolic defects, diagnostics (profound blood test) and treatment (individual nutrition strategies, medicine, vitamins, plant-based preparations, metabolism monitoring, etc.)
Education and professional activity:
1990 – 1996 – Faculty of Medicine of Latvian Academy of Medicine, received a general doctor’s degree.
1997 – 1998 – childbirth and gynaecology specialist residency in the post-diploma specialisation and advanced qualification training institute of Latvian University.
2002 – doctor, bodily aesthetic expert and nutritionist in the “SIA VC4” beauty clinic „4Dimensija”.
2007 – 2009 – Riga Stradins University master’s degree programme “Nutrition science”, received a master’s degree in nutrition science.
2015 – 2019 – Riga Stradins University doctorate degree study programme “Medicine”, subsection: internal medicine, specialization: nutrition. 2009 – currently, diet service doctor and nutritionist at SIA „Veselības centrs 4”.
2015 – currently. Lecturer at Sports and nutrition faculty and Red Cross college at Riga Stradins University.
